Meet the Minds Behind Our Parks
Steve Sears
Co-founder and Board Chair
Steve moved to Utah from the Boston area and started learning to jump at Highland Glen Bike Park. As his skills progressed, he wanted to redo the jumps and started talking to Highland City. LPTA grew from those early conversations.
Steve is a father of seven children, a passionate rider, and a tech executive. He's always stoked to ride and is constantly looking to ride with his family and progress his gravity and jump skills.
Blakely Cragun
Co-founder and Board Secretary
Blakely moved to Highland and decided it was time to help build trails (instead of just using them) and contribute to the incredible network we have in North Utah County.
Blakely is a father of four kids, a passionate rider, and a FinTech executive. He coaches for Lone Peak Jr Devo and works hard to stay ahead of Steve on the strava leaderboards.
Justin Olsen
Co-founder, board member, Head of Builder operations
Justin Olsen is an avid rider and has been building dirt jumps in his backyard for years. He heard about Steve's efforts to rebuild Highland Glen Bike Park and has been building jumps ever since.
He is a freelance photographer and video producer. He has a passion for working outdoors and loves the experiences and memories it brings. He enjoys all types of photography but specializes in outdoor adventure sports and lifestyle.
